Wine Auction Dinner: Saturday, May 19, 2012
to benefit the Nantucket Historical Association

The 2012 Nantucket Wine Festival will be held on May 17–20, 2012 and once again the NHA will be the nonprofit beneficiary of the Wine Auction Dinner held on Saturday, May 19, 2012.

We are thrilled to announce that William Little will be the chair for this year’s NHA Wine Auction Dinner. The NHA Wine Auction Dinner is considered one of the signature events of the week-long Nantucket Wine Festival. The Nantucket Historical Association was pleased to be associated with the 15th annual Nantucket Wine Festival by being the nonprofit beneficiary of the Wine Auction Dinner. This spectacular dinner was held at the White Elephant, followed by an auction of rare wines, large-bottle formats, and lifestyle packages, on Saturday, May 21, 2011. This year, we were honored to have Dominique Demarville, Cellar Master of Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin, Ellen Flora, Senior Ambassador from Newton Vinyards, Chef Brooke Vosika of Four Seasons Hotel Boston and his entire staff who prepared an amazing menu, and Fred Bisaillon, Executive Chef, of Brandt Point Grill Nantucket.

We are also especially gratefully to Laura and Robert Reynolds, for chairing the event, to Denis and Susan Toner, for continuing the partnership with the NHA, to our oenophiles and vigneron supporters, to all our successful bidders, and to and all the businesses and individuals that contributed to the NHA and helped make the 2011 Wine Auction Dinner so successful.

The NHA will use the proceeds from this event to support its educational programs for children and their families.
