George Andrews is eighty-three years old. He has been fishing for sixty-six years - dredging, dragging, netting, potting, dorying, tonging, raking, handlining, longlining, you name it. But his scallop boat rests quietly in the Easy Street basin this year. For the first time since the Depression, George Andrews is not on the water around Nantucket.
