Frank Brown

Frank Ripley Brown Sr. (1913-2004), Lt. Col. US Army, Army Signal Corps; career Army man, worked at Wesco Golf Club, brother of Wilson "Brownie" Brown; carpenter in summer with father Herb and Reggie Reed. Wife taught high school math in the south in winter. Retired and deceased off island.
